Soo...

I know, I know...
I kind of let go of this website. I will try to update more frequently. I got a new FULL time job.. Which I am very excited about. I've been working at Primrose for more than a year now. I also an enrolled in school full time. So I am VERY busy.

Anyways.. I have tried many new recipes that I will make again to put up on here!

Today was the first day of the Military diet! I have seen this a lot on Pinterest and I decided to start because I have been trying to lose weight and overall be more healthy. I have tried different things but I have been at the same weight for a while.

Today's breakfast..
1/2 of a grapefruit
1 slice of wheat bread
two tablespoons of peanut butter
tea (or coffee)

Lunch...
1 slice of wheat bread
1 cup of tuna (in water)

Dinner...
3 oz of chicken
1 cup of green beans
1/2 banana
1 small apple

Dessert...
1 cup of ice cream

I have to say.. It wasn't that bad today. I thought I would be starving because I eat a lot more than this in a day. I love love love that I can still eat ice cream too :)

Starting weight = 212.6.





Day 2:

Breakfast
1 egg- I chose hard boiled
1 slice of toast
1/2 banana

Lunch
1 cup of tuna-- This is supposed to be cottage cheese but I do not like cottage cheese so I read that a substitution can be tuna
1 hard boiled egg
5 saltine crackers

Dinner
Mushrooms-- This is supposed to be two hot dogs.. Again, I do not care for hot dogs so I read a substitution can be mushrooms.
1 Cup of broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream!!!


Day 3:

Breakfast
5 saltine crackers
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 small apple

Lunch
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice of toast

Dinner
1 cup of tuna
1/2 banana
1 cup vanilla ice cream


Ending weight 206.8!
