Military Diet round 2

Starting weight (June 12, 2017)-- 206.0lbs

I split up the breakfast

Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit 

A.M. snack
One piece of whole wheat toast with 2 tbsp peanut butter

Lunch
One piece of whole what toast and 1/2 cup of tuna

Dinner
3 ounces of Chicken
1 cup of green beans
1/2 banana 
1 small apple

Dessert--- 1 cup of vanilla ice cream


Update- After the three days, I dropped down to 198.8!
